We are not a medical service and cannot advise on your symptoms, results or treatment, and email is not monitored around the clock. For anything clinical, contact your healthcare team. If it is urgent, see urgent help.
Please do not include personal health details you would not want to send by email.
What we would genuinely like to hear
- Corrections. Anything inaccurate, out of date or misleading — tell us which page and what is wrong, and we will fix it and update the page date.
- Clinical review. If you are a clinician willing to review pages in your specialty, we would like to talk. Reviewers are credited by name and role.
- Gaps. A question you could not get answered anywhere, or a word nobody explained. Those become pages and glossary entries.
- Accessibility problems. Anything that fails with a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification is a bug and we will treat it as one.
- Organisations we should list. Particularly outside Ireland, the UK and North America, where our coverage is thinnest.
